The ‘Documents Toolset’ contains functions that pertain to file actions:
1. New
Create a new file. The arrow beneath the button indicates that the function has a pop-up menu.
2. Open
Open a file in an edit window. The arrow beneath the button indicates that the function has a pop-up menu.
3. Save
Save the current file.
4. Save As
Save the current file as a new name or file type.
5. Close
Close the current submission file. If any unsaved changes have been made to an open file and this function is activated, you will be prompted to save or discard the changes, or to cancel the Close function.
6. Exit/Quit
Close the File-to-SEC module and returns to the main SEC Publisher screen. If any unsaved changes have been made to an open file and this function is activated, you will be prompted to save or discard the changes, or to cancel the Exit function.
