In order to make a duplicate filing, just use the “Save Changes As” option. This essentially copies the filing you are working on, including all of your current changes, and allows you to save it as a brand new filing.
After clicking “Save Changes As,” just enter the name of the new filing that you want to create. SmartXBRL will create the new filing for you. You can then edit and generate XBRL from this new filing.
