The DEI can be found under the "Cover" tab of any document added to SmartXBRL.
For Entity Public Float, and Entity Common Stock, Shares Outstanding, values can be entered in each of the two boxes.
For 10-Q, 10-K, 20-F, and 40-F filings, you can enter a value for “Entity Common Stock, Shares Outstanding.” This value can usually be found near the beginning of the source document. For 10-K filings, an additional “Entity Public Float” can be entered in the other text box.
In addition to that, you can enter in specific dates at the top of the table. Each date corresponds to the number that you entered earlier directly below the date.
The date above the “Entity Common Stock, Shares Outstanding” value needs to be the last date of this filing period. The other date above “Entity Public Float” can be any date, but it must be a date within the filing period. The overall range of dates for this filing’s period must be entered as the left most date column in this table.
