My notes are not showing up in SmartXBRL after uploading.

This is because the notes were not recognized by our service. If you want to guarantee that SmartXBRL will pick up every note, make sure to label each note as “Note 1,” “Note 2,” and so on. Make sure you also have each note in sequential order. If you have one note labeled “Note 5,” and another as “Note 4,” further down in the document, then your notes will not show up. Also, notes located past the label “Item 2,” will not be picked up by SmartXBRL. Make sure that all of your notes occur before “Item 2.”
