Page numbers are not being brought in by SEC Publisher into Edgar HTML
Go into the Source document in Microsoft Word. Click the Insert -> bookmark and if you see anything with _bcl footer etc. You would delete this and then resave the document with a different name if need be and reload the document in SEC Publisher. This should fix the page number issue in Edgar HTML.
