I uninstalled the dongle version of SEC Publisher, and now I cannot reinstall it.

Solution

When you uninstall the dongle version of SEC Publisher, make sure "WIBU.EXE" is also removed from the Control Panel's Uninstall Program. Otherwise, you will receive error message 250784 when reinstalling.
