This usually has to do with SEC Publisher not being able to communicate with Adobe Acrobat.
To resolve the issue, you can try closing Adobe and SEC Publisher in the Task Manager and reopening to. If that does not work, reinstall SEC Publisher.
SEC Publisher is so user-friendly, I was preparing filings on the first day I received it. It was very easy to learn and when I did have a question, the customer service response was timely and easy to understand. Thanks! |
