I am getting a Z-Index error whenever I try to validate my SEC Publisher project.

The Z-Index error usually happens whenever there is an image located inside the document that exceeds the SEC EDGAR guidelines in regards to size and dimensions.

Solutions

Usually this error will not appear as long as you have the latest version of SEC Publisher. You can always contact your account manager or contact support to verify that you have the latest version.

You can also adjust the image or delete the image, you can adjust the image in the EDGAR HTML code by changing the Z-Index number to a smaller number or if your more familiar with EDGAR HTML you can just delete the Z-Index attribute.
