2. Where are the EDGARized files located?
The Make EDGARized files available option allows you to access all the EDGARized files and image files produced by SEC Publisher. You can access this option when you save the project for the first time. From the menu, go to File > Save As. Then click on the Make EDGARized files available checkbox on the bottom of the dialog box.
You can also decide whether you wish to make the EDGARized files to be available when you try to close SEC Publisher.
Tip: We recommend selecting the option Make EDGARized files available. This will make sure that the EDGARized files are available to you after you close the SEC Publisher project.
Warning: If you choose not to make the EDGARized files available, you will not see any of the EDGARized files after you close the project.
You can find the EDGARized files in the same folder as the Project file (.secpr). Just look for a folder that has the same name as the project name.
For example, if you save a project under the name "Project_One", then a folder called "Project_One" will be created alongside the project file. Inside the "Project_One" folder there is a folder called "Publish". Simply double-click on that folder to find all the EDGARized files.
