The Manage Files Toolset

The Manage Files Toolset contains functions that pertain to adding, removing and grouping the files in an EDGAR submission or a GoFiler project.

1.     Add File(s)

The Add File(s) function adds one or more files to the project.

 

2.     Add Window

The Add Window function adds the file open in the current edit window to the project.

 

3.     Open Entry

The Open Entry function opens the file currently selected in the project file list. The project file list is displayed in the Management View.

 

4.     Remove Entry

The Remove Entry function removes the file selected in the project file list from the project. The project file list is displayed in the Management View.

 

5.     Delete File and Entry

The Delete File and Entry function removes the file selected in the project file list from the project and deletes that file from the directory. The project file list is displayed in the Management View.

 

6.     Entry Properties

The Entry Properties function opens the properties dialog for the file selected in the project list. The properties dialog contains additional management options for the entry. The project file list is displayed in the Management View.

 

7.     Rename Entry

The Rename Entry function renames a project entry and the references to it in other project files.
