I fixed all of my filing errors, but when generating XBRL I still get errors.

Your document may have illegal ASCII characters. While this is less of a problem now, it happens occasionally. Make sure the HTML and/or Word source document is clean. You can tell that it isn’t clean when there is illegal ASCII text within your document.

If there is still a problem, paste text into a new word document, then add the document to SmartXBRL. You can find out how to add documents to the service by clicking here.
