Update Fee Rate Table

 

File-To-SEC provides a means to easily update the fee rate table to ensure that the most current table is on your computer. To start the process, use the following method(s):

 

1.     Go to the File menu.

2.     Click Preferences.

3.     Then click EDGAR.

 

 

Click on Download where it shows Fee Rate Table and the File-To-SEC module will check the SEC website to see if the fee rate table is up-to-date. If it is up-to-date, the following message appears (click ‘OK’ to clear the message):

 

 

 

If the fee rate table of File-To-SEC is not up-to-date, then it will be automatically updated.
