How do I add a note to a filing?

If you want to add a note to a filing, it is the exact same process as adding an additional table to a filing.

Simply create a brand new Word document and add the note to it. After you have added the note, you can then use the “Add Document” button on the main menu to add it to your existing filing. Now that it’s part of your filing, you can include that note from the new document in the final XBRL output when you validate and generate your XBRL.
